1.1 These Terms apply to GRUV INTL LLC (DBA GRUV Dance Academy). By accessing our website and booking services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these terms.
2. SMS Messaging Program
2.1 Description: Users opting into our SMS service can expect to receive automated messages regarding trial dance class reminders, booking confirmations, class schedule updates, and occasional promotional offers or dance challenges from GRUV Dance Academy.
2.2 Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to our number. Upon texting STOP, we will send you a final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
2.3 Rejoining: If you wish to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time or text “START” to our number, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
2.4 Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or contact our support team directly at admin@gruvdanceacademy.com or 803-353-1148.
2.5 Rates & Frequency: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services.
If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. 2.6 Liability: Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Privacy & Data Handling
3.1 Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at: https://gruvdanceacademy.com/privacy-policy.
3.2 We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes, except as necessary with subcontractors providing support services for the SMS program.
